Home warranty customer. After waiting 3 weeks for an appointment, the technician walked into my home and commented on a bungee cord I had holding the dishwasher door in an upright (not closed) position. He removed the cord and promptly let the door drop. He tried to latch it closed without success. He then took a picture of the model number of the dishwasher and told me we would need a new latch and hinge kit as he walked out. The entire service time may have been 3 minutes. The 3-5 days to order the parts somehow turned into 3 weeks. Upon his return, he replaced the latch and the hinges. The door latch failed and the hinges we had been waiting on immediately broke. No paperwork, just said he’d be in touch later this afternoon. He filled out his paperwork to include a new bungee holding the door in serviceable position so we could keep using the appliance and that we had caused further damage to the unit prior to his repair. The deceit and poor workmanship should not and cannot be trusted.

I would NEVER hire this company. Where to start...... I am a Home Warranty customer. This is the preferred contractor from the Home Warranty company. I waited two weeks for an appointment. I had clothes stuck in water in a front loader machine. I explained this to them and there was nothing they could do. I had a neighbor help me that was able to get the door unlocked and we immediately used a shop vac to drain the water. The tech arrived after 4 on a Friday afternoon. He was here less than 15 minutes and asked to use my shop vac. He told me he fixed the machine however he felt the board and the pump were about to go so he was going to order parts and they would call me. I tried to wash when he left and the machine did not work. It would not drain again so clothes were stuck again. I called their office and there was no answer. I called Monday morning and there was no answer. I received a call a with a message that said the parts were order and would be available in 10 days. I had to ask the neighbor to help drain the machine again. I called the business back and spoke to an older woman that told me that the parts would be in the week of the 29th. I called for the repair on the 13th. The woman said they would call me for an appointment when the parts were in. I began calling the business phone number listed on Google, Yep and Angie's list and no one ever answered the phone and there was no answering machine. I checked with my home warranty service request and found a different number. When I called back, the older womand with a raspy voice answered and I told her about the problem with the phone number. She was immediately defensive and said that was an old number and "they don't do Google" or Angie's list. I explained that there were terribel reviews aboutt there codmpany on these sites and all three had the same "old" number which you would thik they would care about. Instead she was rude and did not care. I proceeded to aske about my parts and she asked for my information and said she did nto have an update. I looked up the number online to give it to her and then aske di f she could tell me anything about when to expect the parts since she already had said she did not know anything more and she denied saying that and became rude. she put me on hold and told me another week to receive parts and then I would need to be scheduled. So, a month with no washer and my contractor "preferred by AMERICAN HOME SHEILD" is an unprofessional, inept company and I would never recommend doing business with them. I am sure now that the only work they get is form the home warranty and I will certainly leave a review with them on my experience.

Arrived May 18, 2021. Said parts would arrive in 8-10 days. Took my money and left. Has not responded to any phone calls or emails. NEVER use these scammers. Speedy only refers to the manner in which they will take your money and leave you will still broken appliances.

They first day they came was 11/28/18. ordered parts. It is now 2/22/19. They still have not fixed my dishwasher. When they do send someone out they just throw another part at it. I would not call them again if all I needed was to close a door. Warning DO NOT USE THEM!!!!! I requested the owner William Gore call me and he never did. Well I guess I would be embarrassed to if this was the kind of work my company did.

Never use! They charged my credit card $500 for work they hadn't done without my permission. The price was okay, it was just their shady business practices. They sent the technician and he'd say, "oh we have to come back the following week", and so my tenants were a week without air conditioner in the summer, and they have little kids. I was not impressed with them at all. I'm still fighting with the warranty company and them about getting the air fixed. They are still trying to fix it. It was covered under warranty. I found them to be dishonest.

Bill gave me prices for each and we mutually agreed it didn't make sense to put over $1000 into a 10 year old system. But his price for a completely new system was so reasonable it was an easy decision to upgrade and he was able to do the job first thing the next morning (Saturday) for no extra charge. I would highly recommend Speedy Air & Heat based on my experience.
Description of Work: A/C was not blowing cold. Bill quickly found a very common freon leak in the outside coil. Because it was in the aluminum coil it could not be soldered. The only options were to replace the coil or the whole system.

Bill diagnosed the problem and recommended replacing the whole unit with a more efficient new A/C system. He was able to install it in one day and on the weekend with no extra charge. Air worked great and done very quickly. Everything was done clean and smooth. Very professional.
Description of Work: Original Trane A/C broke down after 10 years. Speedy Air & Heat came out the same day we called them.
