Description of Work: The only reason I would not use them again is that they are so far away that the trip charge was exorbitant. I decided to hire them for repairs as they had been nice enough to install a hydraulic cover lift on one of their showroom models so I could view it and see if it would help in my weakness. I drove up there and they were so nice that when two of my spa's pumps stopped working, I called them to see if they handled this area. They said yes and sent two fine young men who immediately corrected the problem. However, they came all the way down here to Orlando, near the Florida Mall, from Fruitland Park and I had to pay a rather large trip charge that I will avoid in the future by hiring someone closer. Other than that, no complaints. They know what they are doing, do it quickly and politely and are on their way. I highly recommend them to all customers closer that way.

+ -1 moreKudos to the guys at Spa Kingdom. Greg was great at helping us to decide which spa would best suit our needs. He managed to come up with several discounts for us which helped greatly with the final price. Matt was also super at doing the installation. He arrived on time and got everything in place and working. Then he spent time with us explaining the operation of the spa and how to care for it. We have owned 2 spas in the past at different homes but this experience at buying a spa for this house far surpasses our other experiences. We would definitely do business with the guys at Spa Kingdom again.
Description of Work: The folks at Spa Kingdom helped us select an appropriate spa for our needs and followed through to installation.

Description of Work: We bought from Spa Kindgom the last two spas we bought and used their services for the last 7+ years. We spent $2500 on a small spa in 2003, then in 2008 we bought a better spa. Spa Kindgom is a local family owned business, they are long standing and reputable in the community, and they do not carry products that are lousy, because they service what they sell. We have seen them go the extra mile in servicing our equipment and our experience is that they are honest, professional, and make it their business to know what they are selling and be confident with what they sell. We have also seen them drop products of manufacturers who do not back their products up. We have confidence and trust in Spa Kingdom, in their products and their customer service.
