"It's taken almost a year and we're still not done. Mistakes (serious, unnecessary ones) have been made. The latest was the incorrect finish being put in the pool. They deny this (as they do many things), but we have the proof. If they correct their errors, I don't feel the need to warn other consumers and will remove negative reviews. This is so extensive combined with the other issues, that buyers should be warned. My first review was removed. It seems Perfect Pool will go to any length to keep the truth hidden. That includes a post I shared from their own fb page which proved the validity of some of my claims. I guess they realized that mistake and removed their own post, effectively removing my follow up. I hope this stays up so people are accurately informed. I usually trust reviews on here, but not if they don't allow a negative post to go through. "

Planning such a project doesn't come without disruptions, of course, but the GSCI team and their sub-contractors were always considerate when on site and ensured upon leaving each day to have the area cleared of garbage, hazards, and the gates secured. Communication is an important part of any project and this is an area GSCI excelled. They were available when requested, timely with returning phone calls, emails, or texts.
