Excellent. Mark was in/out in just over a hour. All work was performed in a very professional manner.

Robert inspected the system and had it repaired within 30 minutes. A capacitor needed replacement, a minor fix. Price was reasonable as well, we were very pleased. We highly recommend this company!

The tech was in my house within the hour even though main office operating on generator power. Part on truck and we were cooling within a hour.

Roy made some great recommendations for duct cleaning and insulation. Plus he gave me some good tips on keeping my A/C running smoothly between visits.

They do the heating and air conditioning twice a year in my Florida home. They come every six months. I have them come in May to check the AC and in November to check the heating. I have used them since I bought the house. They never drop the ball.

They put in and checked my air conditioner and put in two thermostats. The service was performed 6 months ago, while the air conditioner was there months ago. I don't remember how much it costs, but I would say about $400. I had some problems with the air conditioner. They fixed it and checked the freon and put new freon in. It was about $300. I don't know what competitive pricing is, so I might put a B. N/A will work for pricing. Their quality was excellent. I would absolutely use them again, A+. One person came out to complete the service. Everything was left clean. They were terrific.

Today I had a Radiant Barrier installed , baffles to vent the attic , mastic to seal any duck work leaks, additional insulation to top off existing insulation , and radiant barrier on the garage door. Jose's crew was phenomenal , each person knew their role , was knowledgeable , did their jobs professionally , was very upbeat , and all 4 had great attitudes. What really impressed me was how after each item was completed another person followed up and verified the work was completed to their satisfaction , ex Juan verified the baffles , Joe the mastic , Jose the garage door , Max had me verify his work on attic insulation (as well as the entire team's work in the attic ). I would not change anything-I was very impressed with their work ethic.

They were very nice and knowledgeable. They called and asked if they could be early to the appt. and had repairs done very quickly. Highly recommend.

( new Dodge trucks awesome I examined interior (clean & well stocked) repair promptly & efficiently completed which was very important to us elderly and physically challenged. thank you so much. Company selection: A neighbor had recommended Munn's, but I still was unsure so I checked out this company and others. I read reviews and finally decided to give them a call. I knew I had made the right decision from the that first phone call. The woman who answered the call and set the appointment was friendly, helpful, and professional. She answered all my questions, and we set the date/time for the service call. Service call: The technician arrived a few minutes before the appointment time. He was courteous and professional. He removed his shoes before entering my home, and he even grabbed my newspaper for me from the driveway! He clearly explained the process, then did the maintenance check/system cleaning. When completed, he went over the results with me, making sure I had no questions. The technician was one of the most courteous professionals I've encountered in a long while.
