I called Munn's approximately 6:45 p.m. as my a/c apparently had died. Operator said they were overwhelmed with calls this evening and it would be between 10 p.m . and midnight before a serviceman would arrive. This original equipment had been installed by Munn's when the house was built 11-1/2 years ago. Munn's services the equipment twice yearly. I was concerned about the technician working in the dark, but she said they do it all the time (flashlights). Temperature in the house was unbearable (Florida). About ten minutes later, Munn's called to inform me that Tim was on the way. Tim promptly arrived about 7:10 p.m., checked and determined the capacitor had gone bad. He quickly replaced it, made sure everything was working promptly, wrote up my bill ,which I happily paid, and he was on his way. Within one hour from my initial call, my repair was done. I was envisioning not only waiting a few hours for the technician to arrive, but being faced with replacing the whole system at a cost of several thousand dollars. What a relief! I consider Munn's to be an exceptional service company these 11-1/2 years and will continue to use their services.

All went well. A couple items not completed by the installation crew, but Rosalie (the great Comfort Consultant) took care of everything.

We were fine with them. The man who came to do the one year checkup was very thorough. He did a very good job and was on time. We had no problems with him. We are staying with them because it went well the first time.

Services included cleaning, checking and repairing issues on Air Conditioners. When at first they could not find the problem, they decided that they would send out another person for an extra set of eyes ...free of charge! That was amazing to us since most of our experiences down here in Florida have not been so admirable.

Most professional. Four of my sister's children have been in the A/C and Heating for over 20 years and I have viewed their work. These guys at Munn's as just as efficient and honest.

I think they were very professional, the installer did a good job, and they carry good products. They aren’t the cheapest but you get an experienced installer which is the key to a good system. I had a leaky evaporator coil and they couldn't get in for two weeks but they said they would come out right away if my home started to feel warm. They what they said they were going to do for no additional charge.

Hire them. One of the best contractors I have ever done business with. They know what they are doing and their installers took pride in their work. I wanted a new ac unit installed and moved to a new location. Interviewed 4 companies. Munns stood out due to their consultative approach. They listened to what I wanted to do, figured out the best way to do it, quoted me a price and did it. They had to trench under a brick paver sidewalk and run new electical. Every other company tried to talk me out of moving the unit because it was too much work. When Munns cleaned up and left, you could not even tell they were here.
