Description of Work: The young man power washed the entire exterior, our rear villa walls, our lanai floor, and the walkway between our property and our neighbor. He also cleaned the exterior of our windows and set up an appointment to come back in 6 months to clean the concrete again.

 + -1 morePhenomenal! Even though I was told that they could CLEAN everything, I had my doubts. I was truly amazed at the work that they did. Any questions I had about what would be used, how it would affect the surrounding plants, etc. were answered. I was truly skeptical, but the outcome was a miracle. I must also comment on the workmen. I met the owner of the company and 5 workmen from the initial evaluation to the end of the job. All were courteous and patient with me (and that takes some doing!), were experienced and worked well together. Having work done at your home is not always such a pleasant experience. I thank Phil and his crew for a job well done. My screen people (Todd's) referred this company and I called to thank him also!

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. The solution they used do not hurt people, animals, the house or anything. They know their business. They have done our sidewalk and driveway. They have been in business a long time. They are professional and organized. I am really happy with their service. We have used them for at least five or six years now. They are an unsung service.
