+ -1 moreWork was done in a timely manner. We agreed to the price but when the job was completed we were told they did not have to replace any decayed wood. When we asked for an adjustment we were told that we signed for the agreed price. We were pleased with the work just disappointed that there was no adjustment for an item that was not needed.
Description of Work: Repair roof leak. Estimate was to remove siding, shingles, flashing, replace decayed wood, reflash, install water shield, new shingles and reinstall siding.

Description of Work: Dan was called to check out and repair several roof shingles that were lifted by high winds. Not only did he show up before his expected time, but he was very cordial, quickly looked over the problem and told me there was no serious damage. He fixed it for free and was gone before I could get my wallet and offer him at least a tip for his time. I will definitely keep him in mind for all future roofing needs.

+ -1 moreGot off to a shaky start, no response at first. I asked Angies if I did something wrong. Got a call the next day from roofer. Call them directly and avoid my problem. He was professional and the work was good
Description of Work: He repaired a leak in my roof, replaced flashing, sent out a stucco man the next day. He gave me the name of a reiable painter, whom I have to call. I'm currently waiting for the stucco to dry and cure, but the leak is fixed

Description of Work: I had them remove a 2 foot by 4 foot skylight and close in the roof to code and match the existing shingles.

Description of Work: we had a new roof put on. They removed a couple of layers of old roofing, fixed roof by changing old plywood & molding that needed to be changed, they didn't just.go over bad plywood .. The unexpected repairs were reasonable $45.00. They replaced 2 -14"x30" skylites windows, 3 new roof vents, installed white S/A at Lanai tie in ! ..They were on time, polite, professional, and cleaned up behind themselves at the end of each day They had the Village inspector and my Husband come over check there work before they said the job was done then left .... We had a coupon so the total cost was $3930.00
