Description of Work: Install scheduled for a Friday. However, all of the pieces were not cut. Installers had to go back to shop for more pieces after working for several hours. Left for the day with one major and several smaller pieces were still not ready. They returned the following Monday to finish which left us in a mess over the weekend. They should have re-scheduled when they knew all of the granite would not be ready or should have worked late to finish or been back first thing the next day, not 2 days later. Leaving clients in mess like this is not acceptable.
