+ -1 moreOur 12yr old refrigerator went on the Fritz right before we left for vacation and we were going to lose all of our food in our fridge if we didn't do something before we left. I started calling around to see the fastest we could get one delivered. I called Appliance Direct, after calling Lowes, Sears, Best Buy, and Home Depot. They ended up having exactly what we were looking for in stock and were the only people I called that actually could deliver it before all of our food went bad. My experience in the store was actually pleasant. I didn't have someone breathing down my neck to buy a certain one and was able to select with help from Rebecca what was best for our need. I am so happy that the next morning the brand new fridge was delvered to my house and the old one hauled away. Without them we probably would have lost close to $600 in meats and various things in our fridge/freezer. They made it a priority to make sure that I was the first delivery in the morning and saved all of our food.
Description of Work: The sales person Rebecca was very knowledgable and honest with me. She was able to answer most of our questions and worked to find the answers to the questions she didn't have the answers for off the top of her head. We purchased our Whirlpool Fridge through this store. They had it in stock and we were able to have it delivered the next day where everyone else in town told us it would be a little over a week to get it.
