I have been in house construction for 11 years and counting along with 5 years in commercial industrial work building jea water/wastewater plants as a superintendent. My business partner has been in carpentry and masonry work along with 16 years experience in the water/wastewater industry as a superintendent. On our off time we operate our personal company in hopes to grow a highly skilled workforce with integrity and a desire to produce the highest quality work for a good wage. We plan to develope our customers from word of mouth and trusted sources such as angi to further push our career into the right direction. Concrete can crack from general wear, improper installation, or in response to uneven support from the soil underneath. The cost of resurfacing concrete is $6 per square foot on average, though that cost can range from $3 to $9 per square foot.
For a driveway that is 200 square feet, you can expect to pay $600 to $1,800, and for a driveway that is 500 square feet, that cost averages $1,500 to $4,500. Resurfacing your driveway will give you the look and feel of a new surface without the hefty cost.
You may want to hire a concrete floor contractor to check out your home’s concrete surfaces or inspect your home’s foundation for minor damages that they can fix while on site. They may be able to fix cracks in your driveway or garage floor the same day they fix your concrete steps, as well.
