All of the other companies that provided estimates to fix our problem recommended a new unit ranging from $11,000 - $17,000. Odis Brown Refrigeration SVC looked at our unit, cleaned and taped some duct work that had come loose in the attic. It has been a year and it runs wonderfully. The employees were enjoyable and polite. They had to make several trips outside and each time would remove their shoes so as not to mess our floors. They were very attentive, listened to our concerns and were extremely thorough in assessing our problem. Three other companies had come by and each had recommended we replace our unit stating it was an improper size or had some terminal problem. Odis Brown Refrigeration SVC not only fixed our problem but saved us a bundle of money that we simply could not afford to spend. When it is time to replace this unit we will call them!

The service agents arrived early for the appointment, something that made me happy. The first thing they did inside was to put down a big heavy padded moving type quilt to protect the floor for when they removed the old system and installed the one. They were extremely professional, focused on their work and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves after the installation was complete. They did great work. It has been nearly a month since they did the work and I have had no problems at all. As far as quality goes, only time will tell, but the systemt is quiet and does a good job.
