HydroScout Precision Leak Detection

I cannot recommend this company. We called hydroscout out to our home to help with detecting a leak. I will say the technician that came out was very professional and thorough. Our leak was so small that its location could not be pinpointed so the technician recommended coming out again in a couple weeks. The main office / management scheduled a follow up session at my house for 2 weeks later, in fact I have a voicemail confirming the date. The morning of the scheduled follow-up appointment I called to verify I was still on the schedule. Much to my surprise my appointment had inexplicably been cancelled. This was a huge inconvenience as I shuffled my work week. Very disappointed in the poor management and customer service. Needless to say I am going with another reputable company in the area.

Not even close. Caused me more work than needed. Leak was two feet away from where they said. My tub was disassembled for nothing. Would not consider any compinsation of any kind. Would never use them again.

This company did not find my leak on the first try. This resulted in an unnecessary 2000.00 hole in my floor. I called the office and left messages everyday for two weeks before getting to speak to the owner. The owner was rude and raised his voice to talk over me when I attempted to explain the situation. I also have yet to get any paperwork from Hydroscout such as a receipt or invoice after calling the office everyday with this request. I would not recommend this company.

Wonderful! They cleaned out 25 years of gunk and buildup and now every drain in the house drains like the day we moved in. They film it and will give you a CD of the work with commentary :) Highly recommend them if no one can solve your problems.

HydroScout is always knowledgeable and professional.

The guys were very professional, explained what they were doing and were very thorough. After they found the leak, they called in a favor to a local plumber for me and had them come out right away so my family didn't have to go all night without water.

They came twice. The fist time was 350 and the second 150.00. I called them after two weeks and they said it would cost an additional 150 since it wasn't in the fist week that I had to call them back. When they first came out they said that they fixed a leak around the drain and that it should be ready to go. After two weeks I noticed the pool level was dropping more than normal so I called them back. That's when they said it would be an additional cost. Well after the second time they said they found another leak higher than the other one. Well to me if you are having to do the same thing again it should have some kind of guarantee. Even a month guarantee would be sufficient but they don't even offer that. Needless to say I would NOT waste my money here again. The pool is now draining just as bad as before and I now have to waste more money calling another company out. I will let you know who this new company is hopefully they can fix the issue. Hydroscout was a waste of money, do not waste your money. If your company is to fix leaks, that's what should happen and there should be a guarantee more than a week.
