They had completed a house and we liked the layout and style of the house. They were willing to pay $12000 of the closing cost. They were willing to work with us on the price as well as the closing cost. Their houses are a good build; they are not custom built houses. They build large numbers of houses, and they develop a development, so you have 4 or 5 different styles within the development. So, we could pick the plan that we liked and they had other houses that were a little bit larger and some even smaller. We have been living in it for about 3 months. We had a few issues that we had before we were willing to close, and they had to settle them before we made the payment. They have their own finance company and insurance. If we have a problem, we just call the supervisor for our area and he takes care of them.

They seem to be quite honest and are just 50 miles away, so it’s easy for them to come over. It was a decent price; they are nice and seem reliable. They seemed reasonable for a year’s service. I will use them again in the future.
