Classic Touch Pressure Washing

Highly impressed with the level of professionalism displayed. I've had other companies out to wash my house before but only a few had equipment that looked like they pressure wash for a living and Classic Touch was one of those few. The job was quicker than I'd hoped for and the the guys sent out were highly knowledgeable and skilled. I'll gladly call them again the next time I need pressure washing services

An excellent job. The price through Angie's List was $199, a great price for my house. I paid an extra $50 to have my patio and screen room done. Well worth the cost.

He quickly and effectively cleaned the houses including the second story. The pressure was sufficient to clean dirt and mildew as well as mud dobbler nests from the eves of the house without disturbing the paint. There was no noticeable odor to the cleaning chemical used.

Shane and his partner did a fantastic job they arrived on time ,and were very professional and friendly. They arrived in two beautiful blue trucks with the CLASSIC TOUCH logo and went straight to work. We are very happy with the completed job.

He did re-do the area in question. I guess they cannot remove soot as it was the area where our grill was on the back porch. I'm glad that he did come back to try to remedy the problem.

They did a great job. They gave plenty of notice when they would be there. I asked them to wash a small wood entrance gate as well, and they did not have a problem with that or charge extra. Very happy with the service.

Not well. Shane, didn't come by my house on 5/1/15 to pressure wash my house as scheduled nor did he call to let me know he couldn't come. I was hoping he would call to reschedule but after 5 days I figure he was not interested in this job or his service reputation. I have sent Shane an email letting him know I would be writing this review on Angie's List but still no response from him. I chose Classic Touch because of Angie's List reviews but would like others to know this is not a dependable service.

Overall, was very pleased with the services provided. The crew was very good and communicated well. The services were very good.Would definitely use them again.

Our complaint stems from dealing with the owner of the business over damage to our house that occurred during a recent pressure washing. I want to start with the positives -- the crew was punctual, listened to our concerns about pressure washing the screens, and did a thorough job on the house and driveway. The house looked great when they were done. However, they left us with water between the panes of a plate glass window overlooking our deck. We took a picture of the damage and contacted the company by email, including the picture of the damage. The owner called right away to say that the damage was not his fault, the window seal must have been faulty. I asked how he had dealt with this type of issue in the past. He said that he hadn't ever damaged a window before and our problem was not his crew's fault. I disagreed with him and pointed out that the water between the panes occurred as a result of washing -- the damage had not been there before. He claimed that pressure washing could not possibly cause a broken seal and he would not do anything to repair the damage - he is in the business of pressure washing not window repair. When I asked him to name the equipment he was using and the force of water it could apply, he became angry, told me he should talk to my husband instead who might better understand. I was stunned at that response and asked if he was implying that I couldn't understand pressure washing because I'm a woman. He hung up on me and called my husband to tell him that the water in the window was not his fault. Classic Touch's website promises a BBB A rated company who is responsive to customers and has a "satisfaction guarantee" of the work. Our experience with the crew was great but our experience with the owner was terrible. I would not recommend using the company. At minimum, be aware that if they damage something, the owner will respond with hostility rather than customer service.

He did the job before he even got paid because he said he can do it the next day, I wrote him a check and got me the mail so that was good. He sent me pictures too. He power washed the sidewalk, front, side, and back of the house. He did a great job and it was fantastic. There was a rusty kind of thing on my sprinklers and he did all of that so I was very impressed. I power washed when we left in 2009 but I couldn't get it that good.

The whole experience was fast and thorough. I was very pleased with the results and my not having to wash the exterior windows was an added bonus.

I bought the deal on Angie's List, not expecting such a fast response, and not expecting it to be via Angie's List email, so I missed his quick response initially. We played email tag, as I could not check my email every day, but eventually he showed up while we were gone and did the work. Despite our lack of preparation for him, he did a great job cleaning the siding. It was really dirty with mildew, algae, and dirt, and it looks brand now again. One bad thing was that the exterior motion light on our carport apparently got too wet and one of the newly installed LED bulbs is showing signs of damage. If we had known for sure he was coming, we would've prepared a little better. Not sure who or what to blame that on. I did give him my phone number, but I wasn't sure if this Angie's List Deal required email contact instead. Overall, I am very happy with the results.

Windows, siding, eves all done perfectly. House is on the water and has not been cleaned in three years. Moss, green algae, brown rust water stains on light vinyl siding, spider webs-all gone!

Wow! Same day service can't be beat. Shane arrived promptly and had my house sparkling again very quickly. Very professional and reasonably priced.

It was good. I would recommend them. The house looks better and brighter. It was a big deal purchase. There were no additional charges. I never priced it with anybody else so I don’t know.
