Description of Work: Cleaned both furnaces it took all of 10 minutes once he knew we were not going to spend any more money they left. The son vaccumed out the furnaces I could have done that myself. Paid 100.00 plus he wanted 6.00 for taxes

+ -1 moreI wish I had read the Google review before I hired All Seasons to do a "clean and inspect" on my air conditioner and furnace. Because they had cheated someone else, I would have known to not let them come - my error! A woman called and offered to do both at a very special price - $40 each. Caller said it was a "father and son" business that had been reliably in business for 22 years. The man I assume is the father came, and suddenly there were things wrong. He "upsold" my 84 year old husband to $150 before my husband realized what was happening, and when he told the man he would pay the $150 but no more, the man said he needed 3.5 pounds of ?? for the air conditioner at a very steep price or it would break. When my husband refused, he added sales tax to the labor charges, which my husband refused to pay. We then called DTE, and they inspected everything to make sure no damage was done, and said we absolutely did not need anything added to the AC. These people are definitely dishonorable!
Description of Work: The agreement was to inspect and clean the AC and furnace. They did do that, in a limited fashion.
