Description of Work: Took off old roof. Hauled away old roof. Installed new living and high-quality new roof. Cleaned yard and street.

+ -1 moreI have multiple properties and have contacted Brad twice about a rental repair. I even provided the tenant's phone number but he never showed up. I have hired him to re-roof in the past. Most recently I contacted the owner for an estimate on my primary residence. He said he would call me and never did. After texting him the next day I never got a reply. I'm done with X-Treme roofing. I have two more rentals that are in need of new roofs but He will not be my roofer.
Description of Work: No return calls after he committed to show up.

Description of Work: I contracted with this company to do a metal roof over on a building that had a common gutter with another building. The did not get a building permit and therefore there was no inspector to approve/disapprove the job. At age 83 I am too old to get on the roof to inspect the job when it was finished and assumed that a permit had been acquired and that an inspector would be used.The roof actually leaked worse after the reroofing than it did before. My tenant called them a number of times but the repairs were unsuccessful. When I called another roofing company for an inspection they said that the metal had been extended too far into the gutter, thus allowing the water to run back under the metal when the gutter over filled. They used the wrong type screws. The ridge cap did not fit the metal ribs and water was allowed to get under it during a blowing rain. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN.

+ -1 moreWe were very satisfied with them. They were prompt and came out within a day to complete the proposal. He explained what he was going to do. He was very competitive on both the shingle and the metal roof as far as the price.
