Webster's Window Tinting aka The Tint Shop

This is my 4th car I've had done there and I've referred several friends. Got bubbles on the back glass so I took it up there with my lifetime warranty paperwork and he said I'll call you within the hour to get you on the books.....no call. I called two weeks later and asked about it and he said I can get you in but it will be (I think 6 weeks) so I said okay. Night before my appointment a text to cancel. I said okay, what's the soonest you can get me back on the books. This went on for 3-4 more weeks, I stopped by a second time, promises to get me on the books but then nothing. I finally texted and said if you don't plan to uphold your warranty work then just tell me so I can pay someone else to do it. Crickets. I opened a BBB case and they also don't respond to them. I guess if you don't ever get a bunch of bubbles in your tint then you might be okay going here but if you plan on using any warranty they won't do the "free" work for you. And if I get a response to the review saying anything other than all of what I put in here is factual and true then I'll post this review on every other site that I can find and post the entire text thread that shows you gave me the runaround for months and then ignored me. Terrible, crooked people running this shop now.

This place is a wonderful family-run business. I called around for window tint quotes on a classic car, and even though Webster's wasn't the cheapest (close though), the owner seemed very interested in doing older cars. The car was supposed to be done around 5, but they called to let me know it was taking a little longer than expected because they ran into some unexpected challenges being that the car is almost 40 years old. They stayed late on a Friday to get it done, and it came out fantastic. Fort Walton needs more family-run businesses like this, I wish they did more work than just tint!

I did like them these were good people. It's a family business. I thought they're very good. My car had been tinted and it was coming off. It was peeling up from the rolling window up and down and they took all that off and re-tinted all windows and I've never have any problem with it. They look good and I was going to have and do a house and just never did but the tint is good. Its legal tint so it's not too dark. They're quick. They keep your car for half day. Yeah, I have no complaints at all. Very specialized business and tint was good I was very happy. After we have that one done and we have another car done.
