Description of Work: After the big storms last year, I had some small leaking in the roof through the garage. I called many roofers, but had little luck getting responses, likely due to everyone needing repairs at the same time. | |Tri-State eventually called me back, and the price was in line with everyone else's quotes. | |The work was good, but the scheduling was problematic. Knocking a few grades due to responsiveness and Tri-State needing to reschedule once (like I mentioned, maybe it was just due to everyone needing repairs at the same time). Everything else was fine.

Description of Work: We had a storm come through so we had to have some hip shinles repaired/replaced.

Description of Work: Called for an estimate for roof repair and was told "Sean" would call back. A week later I had not heard anything, so hired another contractor.

Description of Work: Called Tri-State Roofers on Monday 9/24 at 2:35 p.m. Explained to the woman I had a roof leak, told her where I lived and would like to get an estimate to repair. She said she would give the message to Sean and he would call me back to set up an appointment to take a look. Still waiting for Sean to call.

Description of Work: Called them for roof repair, I had three places with water damage. Repair tech (2 workers) showed up when they stated they would and took measurements for an estimate. He provided the estimate the next morning via e-mail. Price was good and repairs were scheduled. The repair crew (2 workers) showed up when they said they would be here and completed the work in one day. They were very professional and cleaned up after the work. I would use them again for any roof repairs/replacement. Very pleased with their work.

Description of Work: I hired Tri-State roofing to install a new life time shingled roof and gutters. I was very impressed with their quality of work in such a timely matter. Mike even followed up with our insurance company to make sure our pictures and documentation were in line. We are very pleased with their work and highly reccomend using them in the future.

Description of Work: A squirrel had gotten into my attic and found a mousetrap, poor squirrel. I wanted all entrances through my classic tile roof sealed against further squirrel encroachments. The Tri-state appraiser found only one and fixed it on the spot for $20. End of problem--I think.

Description of Work: I had been dealing with a leak on an almost flat patio roof for about 6 years. I called Mike at Tri-State and he was here the following day for the estimate. It was well within reason and they came a few days later to perform the repair. We have had plenty of rain since then and all has held up well. So well, in fact, that I had them reroof the entire patio as a preventative measure since I was unsure about how the rest would hold up. His crew arrived and did the additional work --cleaned up well and even cleaned up the "spillage" around the edge of the flashing. All in all, I very satisfied with their work and the price. Mike and his crew chief were very personably and seemed to care about what they do. I have recommended them to my neighbor and fully expect him to hire them as well.

Description of Work: We had roof leaks creating damage in garage and master bath shower. After contacting other companies and not getting the problems resolved, we contacted Mike Miller at Emerald Coast Roofing. He came out within a couple days, inspected the roof and provided a written estimate the next day; we agreed and the crew was back within a week (after ordering the shingles to match our roof) to fix the leaks. No leaks until 3-4 months later when we had a particularly heavy storm with winds when we found the leaks had come back. Mike and his crew were back within 2 days to check an expanded area for the leaks, which they found. They ordered more shingles and were back within a week to fix these new areas - for no charge.
