They were here on time and quickly did the work that needed done and had everything completely cleaned up. Very reasonably priced and professional. Will rehire for other trees in the future.

They are very professional and when they come, they do an excellent job. The only downside to them, is that they are crazy busy because they are very dependable and reputable. Sometimes the time between when you get an estimate and when you actually see them physically could be a while. Their prices are very competitive.

Took two days. Guys were professional and punctual. They had to remove the tree limbs and trunk by hand and with a cart as no room to get a tractor in. They were very careful around my plants and fruit trees. They had to drop limbs very carefully as the tree was next to the garage in the backyard.

The crew was very professional...they arrived early, worked steadily and took a short lunch break on site. After lunch they finished the job. The yard was cleaned and the crew leader made sure I was happy with the results (I was!) before they left.

Ray came and looked at the tree, was very concerned about the amount of rot on such a big tree. He immediately moved our job up on the waiting list. His team came out and immediately got to work then cleaned up the yard when they finished. Very courteous and professional. This was the third time we hired Trees Unlimited and will hire them again if the need arises.

Randy arrived promptly for our initial meeting. We discussed what I wanted done and he provided an estimate. He came back to let me know he thought that the 2 palm trees should also be trimmed and since his team would be onsite, would include for no additional charge. We set up the appointment so that I could be at home to watch the progress, however, was on business travel and return flight was cancelled. So, Randy and his team proceeded to complete the work that we had prviously discussed. I had plants placed all over my deck railing and had intended to remove them before the team arrived. Due to my delay that was not possible. Randy's team moved all plants, and then returned them to their place on the railing. Work was completed perfectly! All debris was cleaned up and removed. Very very pleased with the work that was done. Will recommend to others and will use again in the future. Thanks guys. Maybe next time will get to meet you.

Called for quote. Quote was fair. The tree was situated between the house, the fence and swimming pool. Trees unlimited showed up early and did a good job of removing the tree and clean up afterwards.

All work went well and in a very timely manner. This company has done work with three of my neighbors who were also very happy with their work.

They removed some of the limbs and asked me if it was good enough? I told them it was not enough. They said that the tree was delicate. I called him several times and he got ruder with each phone call. He also said that he would be doing me a favor to trim more limbs back because of the cost of driving the truck back.

Called and asked for an estimate for removing and stump grind 5 pine trees with 3 of them being "HUGE". Ray came by and gave a quote that was a bit higher than I anticipated. I told him I would let him know. He called me later that afternoon and told me he had a break in his schedule for the next day and he would give me a discount if I would agree to the work the next day. I told him yes and the next morning, a whole fleet of trucks and workers showed up and starting the job. I had to leave for work but my Mom and Dad watched all day as they took down the 5 trees, ground the stumps and removed all debris. They did an OUTSTANDING job and I was thoroughly impressed with Ray and his crew. Most times the saying, "You get what you pay for" is true and it definitely was in this case. I highly recommend Trees Unlimited!

The group at Trees Unlimited were very professional and did an excellent job removing two large trees and removing large branches from three other trees in our yard. All trees were very close or over the house roof but the crews handled it expertly. Ray was prompt and arrived for the estimate appointment at the expected time. The estimate was in-line with others I had received. He seemed to be knowledgeable and was able to do the actual work in a timely manner. The crews arrived when expected and the job was completed by lunch time. The yard was cleaned up and considering the size of the trees that they removed, there was very little damage to the existing landscaping. Would definitely use them for future tree service.

I recently had tree job bid, decided to schedule the job and then the day before I was hit with a major unexpected expense. I called to see if I could have one less trees removed or less maintenance on the existing trees. I needed advise, I was trying to work on a solution. Ray informed me I was given such a good price because of timing, he had more work in my town that same day and that he may not be able to offer the same price a month or even two weeks down the road. He also informed me that if "a storm rolled through in the next two weeks and I have damage, he may or may not be able to get to the job". This guy was very disrespectful and obviously doesn't bid jobs fairly.

Trees Unlimited was the lowest of 3 bids I got for the work I wanted done. We did have to reschedule a couple of times because of rain. Three men arrived this afternoon at 12:30 pm and begin trimming branches from the tree to be removed with a chainsaw. Because access to my backyard is limited, no heavy equipment could be brought in to do the work. So all the cutting was done by chainsaw and all debris hand carried to the street to the chipper. After cutting the branches off, they cut the trunk in sections until it was down to the ground. They carried all the limbs and trunk sections to the chipper. Then one of men climbed the remaining tree and trimmed all the big dead limbs. Those were also carried to the chipper. Then a small stump grinder was brought to the backyard and the stump leveled below ground. All that debris was put in big garbage cans and carried to the their truck. They finished about 4:00 pm. They did a fantastic job!
