Metal roof installed in 2014. Developed leak around roof boot in 2017. Was promised on multiple occasions they would come replace, was even told multiple times they were actively on there way, only to be stood up. Eventually came out and said it was the hvac’s guy’s fault for a crooked flue pipe. I paid to have the pipe straightened and still leaked. Only way I got Larry out was telling him I was taking him to small claims. After 3 full months of active leak and daily phone calls, they replaced the boot. in the process knocked the flue pipe loose. Larry refused to come fix the problem and was very unprofessional. All in all dealing with this company and Larry specifically has been nothing but a headache. Stay away from this company

The roofing crew were great they took old roof off in one day, made repairs and dried roof in. We had issue with getting shingles's put on roof because dumpster location, it rained and not one drop of water got in house. They came back and installed roof in onefay, did great job of cleanup and the roof is beautiful. These are some hard working men!!

The first guys he sent out were so slow. They took shingles off the house in the back and the wood was rotten. He pulled the old plywood off and put down a sheet of OSB and left the wet rotted fascia board. I asked if he was going to replace that and he said he wasn’t told to. He sent out a new crew of three guys and they were fast getting the shingles off but every time they ran into rotten fascia board, they would never replace it. My main complaint after it’s all said and done is that Mike was charging me to just call someone else to sub contract out. Having to argue with Mike about what I wanted done and it not getting done, especially the first day when the guys that came out were so slow, I was just very irritated.

Two representatives came out to repair a leak in my roof. Showed up and then said they didn't bring the correct tool, so they left for about an hour and then returned to complete the work. The issue I had was that they used regular grey mortar on the repair, where the rest of the mortar is dyed red to match the roof tiles. You could see this from the ground level. i pointed this out, and he said he would return later to color it. i never saw these guys again. I ultimately called their office and complained, but ended up having a painter who was at the house for a different job paint the mortar.

Overall they did what they said they would do. They were on time. Overall the workmanship was very good.

The people were fine. They were great and they did the work. The price wasn't very much. We didn't have any qualms at all.

Well...

I decided to go with somebody else as I did not have enough confidence in what they were proposing. Also, their price was way higher than the others.

Timmons was wonderful. Showed up when they said, got right to work, cleaned up when they were done. We will use them again if we have any more roofing work to be done.
