He was a very nice guy and very professional and we haven't had any bugs so he must be giving us a good quality of work. I will continue to use his services in the future.

Target did a pest inspection for a new home purchase. The house was a fixer upper and we were planning a full remodel, so we knew that there would be issues, but the actual inspection seemed to be excessively invasive (he pulled boards off of windows that were not rotton to find rot underneath, which caused actual damage), and also pointed out issues that were not really rot. Also, it was not a complete inspection as we learned when we had to go to another company, as they did not go in the crawl space. He used "raccoons" as an excuse to not go in, but later my husband had been completely under the crawl spaces and there is no hint of animal activity. Also, the inspection itself did not come with a quote for treatment, and it took almost a week to get a quote for termite treatment. In the end, the quote was nearly twice as much as the company we ended up going with. Target Pest Control was prompt and thorough, but did not meet our needs.

This company was one of three new companies called to get a quote on a new termite control/damage prevention program. The representative was one of four representatives from four companies (we already had a contract with a "big" company that we were displeased with) that came out to inspect the home. Target's representative was the ONLY representative that caught damage done by termites that all the others missed (including the representative for the expiring contract company). The representative was informative about their products, termites, and the problem of termites in our area, was helpful in providing us with information for a plan that would allow us to do more than just have an "insurance" policy, and then quickly put that plan into effect, as they returned in less than a week to apply the Termiticide and place Bait Traps. They also offered both the Termiticide AND Bait Traps at a figure comparable to another company's quote for the same Termiticide alone. The "good" rating given for QUALITY would be an "excellent" rating, but only time will tell if that is the case, however we are extremely pleased with their professionalism and expertise so far.

Very well, The girl that answered the phone couldn't answer my questions, so Buddy called me back promptly, scheduled with me. He showed up on time, was very professional. We would definitely recommend this company.

The inspection and proposal were professional. Work was done exactly as scheduled and was done thoroughly. Price was very reasonable. Although, with termite protection, the real test is in the guarantee part of the contract, the installation was excellent. I would recommend Target Pest Management to others.
