They were on time, prompt and professional.

I scheduled the work online. Even though I received an email confirmation, SS called the day before and confirmed appointment. On the project day the team called to say they were on their way and the time they would arrive. All their equipment is self-contained in a truck. They did use my water from an outside connection, which was perfectly ok. Josh and Alan made a walk through and coordinated their work, starting in the bedrooms and doing the family room last. My carpet is 17 years old, but it looks near new now. They placed blocks under furniture left in the rooms so no marks would be left after drying. Josh made extra effort to clean a well worn area in the family room. I was nicely surprised at the results. I also bought several of their door mats with lifetime warranties. They are perfect for our sanding environment. They cost $34 each and I did not include that cost in the total cost of service shown above. Stanley Steemer is now my choice for this type work.

Stanley Steemer arrived within their promised appointment window. The appointment was made less than 24 hours before. The technician, Matt, was polite, professional, and thorough. It was a standard cleaning and I appreciated that they didn't push a lot of extra options and up charges. I am happy to pay for quality work by quality people and I will hire Stanley Steemer again next time.

There is no one better to get your carpets really clean, just be aware that it stays wet a little longer than they say. I would highly recommend them.

After arriving, the lead worker tried several times to get me to pay for things he said were not covered by the base price. Like, if he had to go into the attic it would cost an additional $100. Also wanted to charge $15 per vent for a good smelling agent and even though I said I could live without the the service, he did it anyway and attempted to charge me. I did call the office and was refunded for the attic and odor service, but felt taken by the crew and experience. I won't use them again.

It went well, they did a good job, and got most of the stains out.

I HAVE NEVER FELT MORE RIPPED OFF. I DO NOT THINK THIS COMPANY DID ANYTHING RIGHT BUT ARRIVE ON SCHEDULE. I DO NOT BELIEVE THAT THEY EVEN CLEANED THE AIR DUCTS. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY SHOWED UP AT MY HOUSE RIGHT ON TIME. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. I HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR ABOUT FIVE YEARS. THEY ARE VERY TRUSTWORTHY.
