Description of Work: I contacted Southwind Pest and Termite to obtain an estimate for lawn maintenance. A representative, Mr. Tim Walls arrived as scheduled. I explained to him what work I needed to have accomplished. Mr. Walls inspected my front lawn to determine what was needed. He then provided me with a written estimate for the work needed. I contacted the company before the week was out to verbally except their offer for the yearly plan of four quarterly visits. .Work was started as scheduled. After the first service I noticed a great improvement in my lawn.
