Absolute worst place to deal with. I ordered doors for my new home that were quite expensive. After paying IN FULL, I was told it would take 4 weeks. This would be perfect because I was moving my family into our first house in 5 weeks. I received a call about a week later saying that this was not offered and this was no longer offered so we had to change the doors to what they could get instead of what we wanted. Did I mention no refunds. So we changed. I went into the store to inquire about some hardware and asked the salesman, Burt, to get me a quote. After a week without a response I emailed again, nothing. I finally received an email and we discussed what I wanted and still a week later I got my quote. I hurried to get this complete only to find out that it takes 10 days for hardware to arrive then another 2-8 days for them to put it together. It is going on 10 WEEKS and now when I try to email the salesmen guess what, NO RESPONSE. This place has worse customer service than the DMV. Please warn anyone you know to stay away from this place

I stopped into the company on 1/24 to get an estimate on the door and was told the price and that it would be ready in 3-5 days. I called that next morning to place the order. The following friday (the 6th business day) I had heard nothing so I called them and was told that they didn't get the door in until that wednesday so there was no way they could make it by friday and it would now be monday before they would deliver. I mentioned at that time that I was not given a time frame of 3-5 days from when they received the door, but from my order and now they had ruined my weekend plan to install it. They couldn't care less. Monday came and almost went so I called again, then I was told that the original door was the wrong size and they didn't get the correct one until friday so they couldn't deliver it until tuesday, again, not one phone call from the company to keep me abreast of the situation. Tuesday the door was delivered, but when we went to install it later that week, it was too big. They had cut the door to the measurements I gave them, not the entire frame which is how I found on the internet to measure. I would have thought that someone in the profession would confirm this before placing the order but apparently not. My husband then called the company again to find out what needed to be done. Of course it was almost 5 on friday and they leave at 5 and do not work weekends so we waited until the following week to have the door picked up. At this time, I mentioned to the man that picked up the door that there was very bad communication at this company and I expected a phone call that day to let me know what the next steps were. No phone call. My husband got a call the next day that they needed to cut down the frame. That was the last we heard from them for a while and then saw a $15 charge to our credit card which we DID NOT authorize, they just charged it. My husband called and left messages and after a couple weeks finally told them to cancel the order and refund the full amount, both charges! It was May before we saw that refund and there was never even a call back from his last voicemail. This company not only lost the $150 on this door but the following 7 doors we need to replace in the house. Apparently over $1000 is not worthy of their business, they could not care less about you unless I imagine you are a contractor bringing in major $.
Description of Work: Tried to purchase the 1st of 7 doors and the communication, responsively and customer service was so bad that we not only had our money refunded but will never go back.
