+ 1 moreWe bought the refrigerator in the store. I can't remember if we paid for delivery or not. They brought it and installed it. They Sell quality stuff. When they say they are going to be here, they are here. I am not going to get the fridge anywhere else for less.

Since I ordered online and the questions including giving the model number and describing the problem, the tech brought a new heating element with him. Replaced it quickly and professionally. Only downside was that I thought the $295 charge was a bit high. Otherwise, a great experience.
Description of Work: Dryer element needed to be replaced.

+ -1 moreIt was not so well. They didn’t bring the parts with them. After they left, our washer quit working. We kept getting error codes and we had to replace our washer. It was working fine before they got there. It was just routine maintenance so it was really kind of sad because it was working fine. We just wanted to have a routine maintenance on the washer that was working fine. So we ended up replacing the washer. The gentleman was nice but other than that, it’s kind of sad to replace your washer. They came right away. They were prompt. My husband worked with them and he thought he was very nice. It’s just sad because we ended up spending a lot of money on something that was we thought that we’ll do routine maintenance because it’s a good idea but it didn’t turned out so well. I would never recommend them.
Description of Work: My husband asked them to have some parts to replace a seal for the washer. They did some maintenance.
