Joe was a pleasure to do business with. He was polite, prompt and professional (and didn't mind taking on a small job such as mine). He and his crew were on time, kept us informed of the progress, and performed top quality work. He even came to finish the job on the 4th of July!! He took time to suggest the best products to use to prime/paint the ceiling after he was finished. I even received a follow-up call from him later that week to make sure we were still happy with the job. Joe is definitely a great asset to the construction industry. I would recommend him to anyone needing the services he offers. I will absolutely use Joe and his company for future projects.

It went well! Joe, the owner, made the minor repair in just minutes and we were good to go! He's reliable and fair. I asked what I owed him. He said "nothing" since it took only a couple of minutes and he's done other work for me in the past. I did give him a small amount since he had taken his time to make the call. I insisted. Joe's always gone "the extra mile" so when I need someone to make a repair, Joe's my man!

Without a doubt, Joe is the best around. His work is impeccable. If it didn't look perfect, he would re-do it until it did. I am fortunate to have found such a hard-working, dedicated to perfection, wonderful to get along with person to do this job. I so enjoyed having him in my home and would hire him again to do anything I needed to have done.

Joe was very professional and very helpful. He did an excellent job install crown molding and painnting in 3 rooms ..also fixed our pocket door that original contractor installed wrong. Everything were finished in less that 4 days ...he and his helper worked every day from start to finish.!! Bought and delivered everything that was necessary for the job . Price stayed the say as an estimate... .even though he did some extra things for us . We simply could not be happier! !

He came and looked at our problem and took me to see what was available to give the kitchen a new and better look. He was prompt and very professional. I am so pleased with the results. It is beautiful. We found him to be very reasonable.

Joe was great to have in my home, painting our bedrooms. His company was easy to communicate with, and he ensured quality and efficient work. He took the time to make sure all small details were addresses. Would definitely use him again.

Joe settles for nothing less than perfection. His decorating ideas added immeasurably to the finished product. The tile work in the bathrooms and the added decorative work on the walls in the hallway makes our home "POP"! He is very organized with his work and cleans the work area at the end of each day. He is on time each day and completes each project on time and on budget. We were able to complete these projects one at a time with wonderful results. For the Veterans in our neighborhood, this guy can organize and execute a full military parade in a closet! In other words this guy has skills! We would recommend him for any task that you have.

It went very well! I could not be happier with the professionalism, workmanship, craftsmanship or attention to detail given by Mr. Uriol. He is a trustworthy, hardworking person but very available and willing to take the time to answer questions. I would hire him again to work for me when or if the need arises. When he needed to be away from the job, he told me and did not leave me hanging. I would wholeheartedly recommend him without reservation. He was recommended to me and I thanked the person who did. I am not a relative nor did I know Mr. Uriol prior to our doing business together.

Joe did a great job removing the water damaged wood floor at the entryway and replacing it with new flooring. There was a mold problem as well which I was concerned about removing as soon as possible and Joe was able to fit me into his schedule during the holidays. I really appreciate his flexibility and professionalism!

This company rebuilt my entire back porch structure and roof. It has been solid well over 8 years. They did a great job and was great price. Always on time. Corteous and always honest and willing to work with you. They installed a new gas water heater in my garage and completely rebuilt my garage ceiling... it was caving in. Anytime i've had something needs to be done they answer and respond immediately. Really a great honest company with great prices.

He did an amazing job installing a storm door to stop the water intrusion. He also inspected all areas around the area and sealed them just in case water was coming in from other places. Finally he treated the mold on the garage walls underneath my second story front door. He still has to do a little more work to fix the entire problem, but I'll be sure to review those as well. I highly recommend Joe. He is professional, responsive, knowledgeable and does excellent work!

Great! Joe Uriol answered the call, gave me a reasonable time as it was an issue that needed to be fixed promptly as well as followed up before arriving & was very professional & quick with his work.

He saved the day! I was in the middle of a three-day flooring install via a big box store and subfloor damage was found. All the old flooring was removed at this point and even though the contract said ?subfloor leveling and damage repair: potentially,? the installer walked out telling me he couldn?t touch the subfloor and to call him to come back once the repairs were made. I had taken 3 days off vacation time for the install and a single mother of a toddler who now couldn?t walk across the unfinished and damaged floor to get to their bathroom or bedroom. After not a lot of help from the foreman of the install or the big box store for even a contractor name I logged into Angie?s List and messaged three local contractors. Joe, Residential Remodeling, got my message via Angie's List, read the desperation in my words and responded immediately. He was at my residence the next morning to see the damage and give me a quote for repairs. He was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Prompt, professional, sincere, honest?.I could go on. Where, in my experience with contractors in this area have been halfway jobs with no concern for their client (me), Joe was a God-send. He understood what I was going through and was honest about the job. His quote was very reasonable and he walked me through the details of the repairs prior to and during the job. He sincerely cared about the job he was doing. Originally the work was to be completed on a Saturday, not a normal work day for him, but fate favored us and a supply issue on another job opened up Friday for the repairs to my house. Joe was prompt, professional and arrived prepared and ready to work. He and his coworker took great care to sheet off the area to protect the rest of my house from dust and debris. He went above and beyond in the repairs but still stuck to the original quote plus supplies. He even took the time to joke around knowing I was feeling stressed and overwhelmed by the setback. The work was completed in the time given and it was solid (important where subfloors are concerned!) Absolutely wonderful experience. I will recommend him to everyone I know and don?t know, whoever needs work done at home. Did I mention PHENOMENAL and SAVED THE DAY?!

Joe was on time as promised. His work was very meticulous. He cleaned up after himself. He is very reasonably priced. Will be using him again to repaint den ceiling and molding.
