Joe and his crew were in our condo building doing multiple repairs to the ceiling seams. His crew were very friendly and efficient in the work they did. The quality of work that was performed is much more than you would expect and I would recommend him to anyone needing repairs or remolding of any type. He also took the time to to install a new transition from tile to word floors without any hesitation.

Joe did an excellent job painting the dinning room, family room, kitchen, foyer and hallway. Very professional, courteous and showed up when he said he would, and on top of all that his prices are very reasonable. Going to have him return to do pressure washing and repair fence. This was the third job Residential Remodeling & Maintenance completed for us. As always, Joe was very punctual, completed all three tasks very quickly, and left our home looking much better than before he started. Joe is incredibly professional & great at communicating. He obviously loves what he does & cares about the quality of workmanship. He was hired after another painter was in our home for 2 weeks & never completed a room. Joe has completed our whole house inside (including fixing shoddy quality left by 1st painter) in 2 weeks! He saw the poor workmanship on some barn doors that were installed & told me that if I got him new doors, he would paint & install those too. He’s so good at what he does & takes such pride in his work. I also love that he doesn’t smoke & leave cigarette butts all over our property or leave our home smelling like smoke. I am so relieved to have a trustworthy & professional contractor in my home! I will absolutely hire him again for ANY work I need done in my home!

Joe is an expert and it shows in his finished product. We had a whole-house plumbing overhaul of our 1951 block house and Joe was able to perfectly repair all of the drywall cuts that the plumbers made. Matching the existing drywall / plaster, texture and paint for this house required the best in the business and Joe did just that! I highly recommend the services of Joe.

This contractor removed the old bathroom. Everything. Right down to the studs. To contain the dust and general mess, he constructed a very effective system of plastic barriers. He hauled away all debris and maintained as clean a work area as humanly possible. Then he proceeded to systematically install the materials needed for new, modern surfaces. He competently worked with drywall, subflooring, tile, grout, wood finishes, and paint. He managed all the various tools and necessary machinery so that I had a minimum of inconvenience. He installed the shower door of my choice without complaint even though the directions supplied were incomprehensible. He worked with the cabinetry and granite suppliers to ensure proper installation with as little bother as possible to me. Delays did occur, but the fault lay with the suppliers. He and his helper demonstrated even tempers and were open to requests for changes. Both men were professional in their approach to the job and entirely honest in submitting bills for materials. Throughout, there was genuine pride in the work done.

This was by far the best work we have ever had done by anyone. Joe is a rare find and the work he does is outstanding. No need to continue looking for anyone else! We are having him do a bathroom remodel coming up very soon as well. He is our go to guy for anything we need! Highly recommend!!!

Everything was carefully measured, designed and finished to perfection. Joe Uriol is first class in his workmanship and in his manner. His professionalism was of the highest order, and his personality is friendly and intelligent. He's a true gentleman.

They were excellent. Just an example of how great this company is. After paying and the job was completed. We had a problem with a dishwasher screw ( not the companies fault) He came back and fixed it today. Just wonderful.
