Awesome service every time. Peter the owner has come to work on my equipment. He stands behind everthing he sells (pumps, cleaners, heaters, I have bought them all from him over the years). He price matches and makes me want to do business with him. When he bought the business he cleaned out the salesmen who were not competent or were pushing un-needed products. He has a great staff and I look forward to using them to maintain my pool and spa.

I go there every other month to get my supply and stuff. I think they are really punctual. If they had any feedback to tell you about your pool, they will either tell you or if you are not there, they will leave you a note about it. They communicate with you pretty good. I think they are very good.

We have been using Pinch a Penny for several years. Our pool is approximately 20 years old and still in great shape. Many items we can purchase directly from Pinch a Penny and install ourselves. For the more complicated issues they are quick to assist and often will provide a solution that is lasting and efficient.

They do the job properly the first time they are out. They were recommended to me by both my daughter n' law and a neighbor. My experience has been very good. They are reliable. They come when they say the will and get the job done. I know they are more reasonable than the pool company right here in Destin. I have had no problem with them. Their price, to me, is fair.
