+ -1 moreThe problem was that the existing fixtures were old and the connections were seized. These guys repaired and replaced everything leaving a clean workplace with new faucets. It was a much bigger job than it sounds but they stuck with it and did a great job. A different plumber came and looked at the job, started and left within ten minutes. It wasn't something he wanted to tackle.
Description of Work: All three sinks needed new faucets.

+ 0 moreI was not at the home, but he was very thorough and quick to get back with me today on the problem. Confirmed I probably have a septic tank issue as well. Rhonda, who took care of me yesterday, went beyond the call of duty to get the information I needed on the problem. Very pleased with the service!
Description of Work: He was looking for cause of water backup in downstairs shower and toilet. Ran the washer 3 times, snaked the lines and determined that the septic tank was a problem also.

Description of Work: Had a water leak, no one else had the equipment/time to do the job. Paul's was prompt, had the equipment needed and managed to find a very difficult leak. The work was done that day and very quickly and professionally. Would definitely use them again.

+ -1 moreOn the scheduled day of the repair, the repairman personally phoned to alert me that he was on his way to the repair site. He arrived promptly and performed the repair in an expeditious manner. Upon completion of the repair he explained exactly why the previous seal was breached. He also explained exactly what he did to repair the situation and the parts that were needed. Upon completion of the job, he cleaned the area of extra scraps and debris. The cleanup was very thorough. I have used Paul's Plumbing for both my permanent residence and rental property plumbing repairs for approximately 12 years. He has performed numerous repairs and installations for me. I have been completely satisfied with the workmanship, professionalism, and pricing of this company. I will hire this company in the future for any plumbing service I feel necessary. I trust this company.
