Description of Work: I have a speed queen stackable unit with a front loading washer. The washer was not spinning correctly so I thought it was the belt. I called in the morning and was told that they would be out the same day - not sure of the time but they would definately get to me the same day. I was pleased when I was called later and told exactly what time he would be there - and he was there promptly as promised. The repairman went right to work and within 5 mins he found the issue, was the pump not the belt. He was extremely informative and what is important to me was his attitude - he knew his business and I felt comfortable in what his recommendations were - this is important to me, confidence in the ability to do the job. In the past I have hired people that when they come I hear things like - "well let me see here.....maybe this will work......well lets try this and see how it goes....." I did not feel comfortable with those repairs. But with this company - different scenerio, knew his job and did it right the first time and quickly. I now have my washer fixed and I am going to have them fix a few other issues I have. I would definately recomend this company to anyone - Great Job, nice people!!

Description of Work: My washer wasn't working. I called to this company and a gentleman came out with a card from A2Z Appliance Service. He was prompt, came when he said he would but then nada. He was suppose to call me back with a price to replace the motor and never did. I called him back and he told me he'd call later that night, nope. I called him the next day and no call back again. I feel like I gave him $50 for nothing. I replaced my washer instead.

Description of Work: I hired Okaloosa Appliance Repair to look at my refrigerator in August last year.
