In the past, we have had him replace an A/C unit that had failed, perform repairs to the heater, and general maintenance to the systems. He is always professional, on time, and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend O'Brien Air to any friend or neighbor

+ -1 moreAn apparent power spike in Destin damaged a printed circuit board causing the air handler, blower motor to stop running. Alan Crawford, one of the two employees came out next day, diagnosed the problem. Made a temporary repair to get my air conditioning system working again and ordered the replacement part. Alan returned in two days with the correct part and made the installation. While he was repairing the system, he also performed an inspection to verify overall health and condition. He informed me the system was healthy, coils were clean and should provide another 5-7 years of service. Alan further recommended periodic inspections as the system ages to maximize efficiency and longevity.

While on service call performed check of system pressures and over all system performance. I asked for references for a plumber and electrician which they supplied on the spot.

Description of Work: Our guest called and complained that the A/C was not working. Living out-of-town it was a tough decision on what to do. The blower motor was determined to be bad. I was called and told that they could replace the motor and work with the manufacturer on warranty.
