The owner is Tom O'Donnell. It was 1500 square feet and a wall. He very mindfully and artistically helped use to layout the floor around some design challenges. He very meticulously made sure that all the lines as he laid out the tiles were pleasing. Again, as I said we were trying to work around some design issues, he very carefully made sure each and every tile was at level. My husband is an engineer and was never happy with the original floor work. He always felt crazy. When Tom walked in, he looked at the original floor, he said it was no way he would ever do a stuff like this. My husband thinks in ten thousandth of an inch, so he was somebody who artistic and meticulous as an engineer. We are very pleased. We found him through the folks we bought our tiles from, but the way that guy does, he looks at it as a job. Tom does work for Prestige Kitchen here. I have already seen Tom's work done for them in another home. He is a great guy. My husband says there are not many people that he would allow in the house with me alone when he is not there. I feel comfortable with him. He is very trustworthy. What stands out about this company is him, his work and his reputation. He is easy to work with. He does by himself, but he has a helper. What we needed to do, he did it by himself. I am to say a man's name is his livelihood. I would rate him highly. We are certainly planning to use him again.
