 + -1 moreDave was great! We ended up not being able to get into our new home so we called Dave and he responded immediately and helped us get in. Once in he rekeyed all of our locks for us as well. His service was great! He was very professional and prompt!! He has a great personality! We would recommend him to anyone!

Description of Work: I had concerns about my inability to lock my garage door. I couldn't get the key in the lock to turn or make it lock. I knew that it was probably simple, but I couldn't do it. I'm a recent widow and my husband always locked and unlocked this door, and I used other doors with what I thought were easier keys. I discovered that the garage door, although shut was NOT locked and could be opened with a turn of the handle from the outside. This was a major concern to me because anyone in the garage, has complete access to the entire house. Mr. Garrett came soon after I called and treated me with respect and showed me how the lock actually worked and spent extra time finding an additional way for me to lock the door. It was simple to him, but not simple to me and I was happy to pay him for the security I now feel in that I can leave the house with it completely locked. He is a realy gentleman and was very pleasant and didn't make fun of my stupidity. .
