I called as soon as they opened and about an hour later got a call saying Eddie would be here in about 15 minutes and he was. He told me my system was still under warranty from another company. I asked Eddie to get it running to cool the house while I had guest. Eddie added Freon and saved the day. He said he can replace the part but it would be cheaper for me to call the company that installed it for the warranty.

Original calls got busy signals but got through on third try. Was told up front that a visit would be delayed until the afternoon. Called by office with an ETA when technician left other job. Was given reasonable ETA (so often not done). Repair done quickly. Trusted me to call the office to pay with CC, because mobile machine was broken. Honest, reliable and prompt. What more could you want?

Called another company couldn't be seen by them until late the next da. Climate Makers said three to five hours. Two hours later technician called, was there within minutes. Had AC fixed within fifteen minutes. Bad capacitor on fan. Excellent service professional. Will definitely call them again.

The team and I mean team arrived at the appointed time and wasted no time doing the installation. In less than 4 hours they completed the job and improved upon my previous HVAC system by sealing some openings from an original installation 19 years previous. There were between 5-6 technicians working on this system and the install was a 2nd floor condo with a ground level compressor and fan. I recently purchased a home and noted dual zoned AC was 'working overtime' and temperature was not consistently in keeping with thermostat settings. Climate Makers sent an experienced technician within 48 hours of initial call, and he was able to determine the source of the problem and charge the units with coolant to improve performance. The same day I received a firm bid for parts and labor to complete repairs, and was notified and put on the schedule as soon as the replacement coils were received. The morning of the installation, two technicians arrived on time, followed by two supervising reps. When the old coils were removed, the techs called me out to take a look, pointed out design improvements in the new coils that would increase reliability and service life (copper to aluminum), and answered my questions about recycling of old parts and warranty on new parts. Within just over an hour, repairs were completed, debris collected, dust and insulation (from opening the attic access) swept up, invoice (for the exact amount I had been quoted) delivered and paid - and I was told to call them if I had any questions or concerns with anything. It doesn't get any better than that,
