Being a homeowner for over 25 years, I've had several experiences with home repair projects, some good and others not so good. I've worked with many service companies, but none were as professional as Daniel Perry and Gulf Coast Air Conditioning and Heating. Daniel is honest and fair in his pricing. He is knowledgeable about all brands of AC/Heat systems and suggested the best equipment for my home. The crew arrived on time, work consistently until the project was complete, and cleaned everything before they left. We have called on Daniel and his team three different times, for two separate homes. The first was a complete replacement of a gas system at our home in Fort Walton Beach. The second was to replace vents and air-ducts in our Pensacola home. The most recent service was to replace the full AC unit at the Pensacola home. Each project was handled in the same professional manner and came in slightly under budget. In full disclosure, I am related to Daniel, the owner of Gulf Coast Air Conditioning and Heating. They came out on a Saturday for just a $55 service call fee and had everything running in 20 minutes. Extremely reasonable rates and great service!
