pressure wash prior to painting but painters had to pressure wash again because prior wash didn't remove all dirt and loose paint.

We saw the advertisement for Garnett Pressure Washing on a sign, driving by got home called them up and gave them a chance.. so glad we did. Sam and Mark came only to do the Metal Roof on our home we just purchased. It had been unoccupied for over a year. All I can say is Wow, It is Brand NEW. Asked them if they had the time to do the gutters and rest of the house, they said no problem. Our home looks awesome; even a neighbor drove by and commented how great it looked. Looks like we repainted the house, without having to repaint.. So when you need the absolute best service from the nicest folks.. call here first..

Quick response to my inquiry, very fair quote, professional and a pleasure to work with. The Garnett team was transparent about the solution and their procedure used to "wash" our shingle roof. They moved potted plants and diluted any overspray that came off the roof to protect the landscaping.

They did a fantastic job of cleaning our metal roof and the gutters and then they even removed the furniture on the front porch to clean that area even though that wasn't part of the agreement. The white paint had green growth on it and now it is sparking white. They even washed the storm door and windows. It is so nice and clean out there now. Sam and his employee are very pleasant and very hard workers. They arrived on time and cleaned up the area when they were finished. They did better work than anyone we have hired in the past.........and we have been here for over 30 years. We will definitely be calling Sam the next time we need work done. The price was very reasonable and we highly recommend this company.
