Sam Garnett arrived on time at 9 AM provided an estimate and I hired him. While very professional, he was also friendly and outgoing. He pressure cleaned my vinyl siding, roof, gutters, driveway, and sidewalk. When finished the house looked great. I strongly recommend you chose Sam. Louis

This work was outstanding from start to finish. I asked for an estimate, on line, on a Sunday and Sam arrived that same day. We got two other estimates and his was somewhat higher but I was impressed with his demeanor and the way in which he did his assessment in order to come up with his estimate which he provided on the spot. When we scheduled, he said he would arrive at 8 AM and should finish around 3 PM. He and his assistant arrived twenty minutes early, while I was still removing furniture and other items from the porch and they helped me to do that without being asked. I had contracted with them to power wash the roof, the siding, and the drive/walkway/porch/patio. Their approach was professional and thorough and included protecting the shrubs and grass adjacent to the house from the cleaning solution. They finished just before 3 PM and I never saw them take a brake, even for lunch. And when they finished (no surprise here) they began moving all of the items back to the porch. I recommend Garnett Pressure Washing without qualification.
