+ 0 moreI paid for the glass, and was told 7-10 days. I called and they said I did not pay them 10 days before I called , and I had to prove I had. To lazy to look it up, to lazy to order the glass even though it had been paid for 22 days ago. They now said it would not be for another 3-7 weeks. If you want to get lied to and screwed around ,go to Fort Walton Glass. On top of that I had to go pick up my money, and they lost the glass I left for them to template and measure.

Description of Work: Installed windows that leaked and never stopped the leaks. I had to hire another contractor to remove and replace leaking windows. This stopped the leaks!! So I paid twice to get the job done correctly. I spoke many times to owner of Ft Walton Glass. He had been supervisor when job originally was done. Later he was owner and said he was no longer responsible......!!! I finally gave up and hired a competent contractor who solved the problem.

+ -1 moreVery Well. They were prompt, did not require me to meet them, did all of the work from the outside. Sized and cut the glass themselves.
