I don't have a maintenance contract, I just call them as needed.

They have always been A+. If the condensation and stuff that builds and up go in the drain it clogs up and shuts off the thermostat. They have had my business since 1989.

Every time that we’ve worked with them they’ve been on time responsive and they do emergencies. They will ask do you want me to come now or the next morning when it’s cheaper. They have been reasonable.

It went very well with Emerald Air Services. They are thorough. They tried to figure out what we really needed, provide it and not charge us too much. Their pricing is fair, not the lowest but you get what you paid for.

The work was scheduled in a timely manner after I received the estimate. The technicians were on time, professional, and really did an outstanding job. One of the company owners came a couple of times during the work to double check that everything was being done correctly and returned when the work was completed for a final check of the system. I loved working with everyone associated with this business. They were professional, honest, friendly and you can be sure I will call them when the a/c dies.

He quoted the best price and had the best units. We were able to choose what unit we wanted. When they installed our new units, they also fixed other problems in the home that had been there for a while. If you take their service call in the fall and spring, then they come out any time in between if you have a problem. You become a preferred customer. I really like the owner of the company. They call ahead of time for their spring and fall check up to schedule it. They have always been on time.

We have used Emerald Air at least 3 times for our heating and A/C work. The last job they did was for duct repair because our ductwork had leaks and was pulling in dust from the attic. We contacted them and they sent someone out the same day to check the problem and give us an estimate. When someone comes out to give an estimate, they take time to analyze the problem and give an explanation of what we need and how the repair or installation will be performed. They contacted us with an estimate within 2 days and we scheduled the work. The day before the appointment they called to confirm the time they would arrive. The day of the appointment they called to let me know the technician was running EARLY and checked to see if that was ok. When the technician arrived he was very polite and was in and out within an hour. When he finished he told me what ducts he repaired and that he inspected the rest of them for leaks to make sure there were no additional problems. Their office staff is extremely helpful and always calls when the technician is on the way. Their techs are very friendly and fast. They respond to calls 24 hours per day and don't price gouge on after hours calls. We have used Emerald Air for a $3500 gas furnace replacement, A/C and heating annual inspections, duct repair, and UV filter installation. In every instance, they have exceeded our expectations for responsiveness and customer service. I have used several local HVAC companies during the 18 years we have lived in this house. Emerald Air is hands-down the best of them all. I can recommend them unconditionally.

They got the system put together pretty much right. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like. One little thing came up about the system and I called them; so they came out and fixed it. They were doing things for me that they have never done before on any systems, so it was great. I will use their services again in the future.

There were prompt and professional. They were knowledgeable and knew what they were doing. They met my expectations. My experience with them was good.
