Josh came to give an estimate for mild remediation. All he did was talk about the high cost and how outrageous it would be. He never even gave an estimate or returned repeated phone calls. He did however give out information away to another organization who tried to take out business.
Description of Work: He was supposed to give an estimate. But he never did.
