Overall poor quality. Initial cleanup left a mess of other things such as my sidewalk border and the decorative stone. Once painting started he was aware that weather was calling for rain however he continued to apply the second coat which got rained on two hours after application. Pool deck was refinished two months ago and now looks almost as white as it was when coat was applied. He was too worried about finishing the job to worry about quality. After the job was finished I found a huge pile of leftover concrete and stain the color of my new deck dumped outside on my azalea bush however when questioned and mention of him cleaning up he denied even being the one to dump it there. Will never refer him for another job and I will have to hire another to come back and fix the poor work he has left.

Atanas is one of the hardest working contractors I can remember. The week prior to this project, I hired him to resurface my pool deck area and was very impressed by the quality of his work and his overall professionalism. Enough so that I immediately hired him for the much larger driveway resurface project,. His pricing is fair and reasonable; he shows up on time and finishes within the quoted time frame. He is professional and cleans up after he is finished. You can tell this is his business and livelihood and he takes that and the quality of his work very seriously.

The job went very well, accomplished in less time than I anticipated and the finished product provides me with the best looking pool area in the neighborhood.
