Description of Work: repaired auto seat that had seveal torn panels. I pulled the seat and the seat cover off myself, they did the repacement of material and sewing

+ -1 moreI would not recommened anyone use this company. Bobs has been in business for 15 years but obviously it is under different management. They installed the material inside out. Its very obvious that the plush pretty side of the material should be what you sit on. However they put the stitches and rough side out. Manager got angry with us and told us we should have told him which side goes out. My wife insist that she did tell him. Even left our phone number in case of any question. His suggested solution was that I pay him full price, go buy more material and he would install it for half price. I later found out this busness has an F rating in the BBB. Generaly I dont check BBB on such a small item. Any way be warned the F rating may be too high for this business.
