We will never use them again. They left it unfinished and said they would be back in a couple of days to finish the job. We have made numerous calls and we either get no answer or they say that someone will be out. No one has been out and it has been almost a year. The rest of the job looked good but within a month the rubber started falling out.

On time, excellent worker, cleaned up after his job was completed. No problems. Happy customers.

Chris promised to show up on 2 different occasions to repair screens. He didn't call or show up. I called him and his office several times and he never called me back. Very unprofessional company. Would never recommend or use again in future.

I was very unhappy with Chris' work. He did OK at first but then did not return calls to complete the job. I finally gave up on him and finished the job myself. I am updating this based on the provider's response to my original write up. The reason that I wrote this review three years after the work was done is that I was not a member of Angie's list when the work was done. Once a member, I had such strong feelings about this company that I felt that I must share them. By the way, I really like to give positive reviews (which I usually do) but this provider quite honestly really let us down. Update: Responding to the company - When a review is written was not relevant in describing the service I received. I wrote the original review after I joined Angie's List which was well after I hired this company. The review stands.
