30The repairman (owner) was rude as soon as he got there.Only reason I let him in my house was to get dryer fixed, as going to someones else s house to dry clothes is a great inconvenience. Was charged a higher price than quoted on phone. He said that was because of the parts he replaced. Next day dryer still not working, called company and they said they were busy but would try to work me in as a redo. On two different days I waited (taking off work) for these people to come back and fix the problem. They always had an excuse why they couldn't make it. My wife called a different company who came out and fixed the dryer for half the price I paid ABC. Plus the repairman said that no parts had been changed on that unit, all original parts. I called ABC and asked for a refund as they did not fix the unit and did not use any parts. Got nowhere with them. Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and never received any satisfaction. Wrote off the money and experience as a bad loss. I would never do business with that company again and would advise all my friends and neighbors to avoid them also. I will not let these people on my property again. Am surprised they are still operating under the same name.

We gave him the money up front. He wanted us to sign very fast. He said the part would be in next week, everytime that we called them they gave us a new excuse as to why they could not come out. Two and half weeks later they finally came out and put the part in. He put the part in and walked out the door, and did not even test the machine. The part he put in made the whole the entire washer not work, they came back on a Sunday and he said that it needed a circuit board. He said if we bought the circuit board they would put it in for free. I ended up just buying a new washer and dryer instead. I never received my $381 back. I would never use this company again.

While they came out on a Sunday, it was a bit later then they estimated. Not really an issue - it was a Sunday after all and everyone deserves a day off. The repairman was courteous and helped to clean floor under fridge while it was out from the wall AND borrowed vacuum to clean coils at the same time.
