We did not end up using this company because we did not feel comfortable leaving the computer. The business was in his house and it was very filthy. The gentleman on the phone was really nice, but we would not use this company.

When we had a complete malfunction of our desktop, Jon Prinzo came promptly to the house & when it became obvious to him that a time consuming diagnosis & fix was needed, he removed it & took it home to repair. He has returned the old thing today and also fixed the lap top. He has given us excellent advice on problems with the iPad, Mac set up, printer problems, new computer purchase and technical problems. He courteously answered all of our questions, professionally fixed all of our many problems and timely responded. Highly, highly, highly recommend this great guy !! Wonderfully pleased with all he has done!

After a week without internet I called A+ Certified PC Repair on a Monday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for the same evening. My husband and I were very pleased with the service provided as Jon was very efficient and accommodated us when we requested a wireless ether net card rather than the hard wired one originally requested. Although the appointment we had with Jon was at 9 pm he said he would be happy to go get the wireless card and come back. Once back he quickly set up our computer and network, hooked us to the modem and made sure all was working properly. What a relief, well worth the cost and Jon was very professional.

I HAVE USED JON FOR COMPUTER REPAIR A FEW YEARS AGO, SO CALLED HIM TODAY WHEN IT BECAME OBVIOUS THAT I HAD A COMPUTER VIRUS. HE PROMPTLY CAME OVER AND QUICKLY DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM AND GOT MY COMPUTER WORKING AGAIN. I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE CHECK AN AILING LAPTOP & TO INSTALL A NEW ROUTER, AND EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS NOT THE INITIAL REASON FOR WHICH HE WAS SUMMONED, HE COURTEOUSLY AND QUICKLY FIXED MY LAPTOP AND INSTALLED MY NEW ROUTER, AND EVEN DIAGNOSED WHY MY BACKUP SYSTEM HAD NOT BEEN FUNCTIONING. I AM SO HAPPY WITH HIS WORK AND FIND HIM TO BE A GREAT RESOURCE FOR COMPUTER AND ELECTRONICS ADVICE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS GREAT GUY AND WILL DEFINITELY USE HIM IN THE FUTURE IF NEEDED. IN FACT, I AM CONSIDERING ASKING HIM OVER TO HELP ME GET RID OF COX CABLE AND JUST GO WITH ONE OF THE ONLINE STREAMING SERVICES, AS HE IS SKILLED IN EVERY AREA. LOVE THIS GUY !! HE WENT ABOVE & BEYOND TODAY AND I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!

Needed to have a WIFI access set up for both guests and us and Jon delivered. On time, professional and provided exactly what we expected.

Jon Prinzo came to my house to fix a virus in my computer and showed up less than 30 minutes after I called ! He had everything running well within a reasonable amount of time and it's run well since. He answered all of my questions and I am very pleased with his work. I have recommended him to other friends and would definitely call him again if needed.
