I specialize in Saint Lucie and Indian River counties and also Northern Martin county. (Residential properties only - No Commercial Properties.) Very professional job completing an estate real estate appraisal. Had a have an appraisal as of the date of my husband’s death in January 2016 for tax purposes. Mr Panetta did a very thorough job putting the appraisal together. Would highly recommend him to anyone in the Vero Beach Florida area.
