Franklin is rude, Unattentive, and unknowlegable about his car appraising, resulting in diminished returns for his clients. The whole time pushing us to close the case for far less than what we paid for the car. Negotiated down with out consulting us, It's almost as if he gets a cut from what the insurance company doesnt pay out.
Description of Work: Needed to recover money on our totaled Tesla. They failed to recover $20,000 on a 2.5 month old car.

 + -1 moreThe method of determining a reasonable diminished value was quite fair and reasonable. It contained a lot of detail and sources to determine the methodology. It was done as an independent appraiser that was objective and was treated as such by the insurance company. I was able to reach a fair settlement with the insurance company.
Description of Work: They inspected my vehicle after it was repaired at the dealership and also prepared a diminished value determination that was accepted and used to negotiate with the insurance company.
