Went well and professional

Their work was excellent. They arrived on time, answered my phone calls, and performed their work in a professional and efficient manner. I am very pleased with the finished work and I am also pleased with the respectful way they took care of my property. They cleaned up after themselves, leaving everything in great shape and looking really nice.

Steve returned my call within a day, showed up with his associate and priced out the job. Unlike the other painters that provided quotes, he noticed the hatchway door and the single step leading out from the garage were the same color as the deck - he included those in his price. He also noticed one of the pieces of trim around the garage door was starting to rot at the bottom and replaced/painted it. The old deck paint needed to be stripped more than expected, so I offered to bump up his price, he threw out a number and we agreed. I needed Steve to come back and do some touch-ups to the deck which he did promptly. Overall, I was pleased with his service and his final price was reasonable.

Steve returned my phone call the same day, and was at the house the following day to provide an estimate. He was able to start that same day as he had other work ongoing in the area. The pressure washed areas needed to wait a few days to dry out, but Steve was back immediately after that to sand, prime, and paint. He matched our requested color for the final coat. He was excellent at communication, stuck to the quoted price, and also pointed out several other areas that could also use the same work. I authorized a part of that work (the garage man door) without asking for a price, so he could have quoted me a very high price for that after the work was done. He instead provided a very fair price, which is characteristic of his professionalism. I would not hesitate to deal with Steve again and have plans to in the future as needed.

Steve was responsive to calling me back, came to the house, and gave me an estimate, and when he said he would do the job, he was punctual, and stuck to the job. Very professional and his quality of work is excellent. Not knowing the cost of what this type of job would cost, I thought the price was reasonable, and also because I didn't know how long the paint job would last, I asked, Steve how long it would last, and he said about 5 years. He said if the rust came back again next year, he would paint the windows free. I hope the rust does not come back. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again

The service we received was AMAZING!! Unfortunately as Steve got into the work on both projects, he realized that it was going to be a much larger effort than originally planned. The deck required a large amount of work (power washing, 3 rounds of scraping, testing various stains and paint) and lots of paint...but it came out looking awesome, we are very pleased. Shortly after the work started, we had about 1.5 weeks worth of rain...with almost bare wood, we would need to wait a while before any further work was done - completely understandable. In the meantime though, they powerwashed the side of the house and began scraping the shingles. Again, a process that was much more difficult than originally planned, but Steve continued the work and brought a partner each time he was here. He also found that 2 of our posts on the deck needed to be replaced - he did so for $365 total. All in all, the work was completed in about 2.5 weeks and we couldn't be more pleased. The side of our house was looking so shabby and so many shingles were peeling and in disrepair - Steve and company gave it quite a facelift - its nice to come home to every day and see fresh paint :) He also did small fixes along the way - adding concrete to a big divot in our foundation, hand painting the light fixture on that side of the house, etc. We will call Steve again as soon as we need more work done anywhere in our home! He was pleasant, a great communicator and completed all of this work at an amazing price. So glad we found him!!

He's easy to deal with and shows up as promised. He is willing to look at many varied home jobs and has the skill set

Steve and his helpers were eager to get to work and worked steadily until the work was done right. They cleaned up well and were flexible enough to be sure we got what we wanted. Steve seems to know people with different specialties so he can find help with the expertise needed to do a variety of projects.

They did a beautiful, thorough job, and went beyond what I would have expected. And the whole time they were very efficient, patient and professional. This was my first time hiring a painter, and I would call these really nice guys in a heartbeat if I need more painting done.

Mr. Carra on his first call mentioned a cost of about $1000 which would include what I would pay for the storm doors. He said he would call back to set up an appointment. When he didn't ,I called again and I don't think he remembered my previous call because in a "matter of fact" way he repeated the $1000 charge. He said he would get back to me. Idon't think he wanted my business since he hasn't called or made any contact to follow up.

Steve was very fast to respond provide a quote and perform the work that was needed. He was very professional and his work was very well done. I needed the work done to go through a closing on my house, and he was able to go above and beyond to make all the necessary repairs and make it look brand-new. He replaced the attic window of my two-story house with a brand-new one and it look like it always been there. He also replaced the rotted out sills in my garage that were requested at time of closing. Good price too.

I cant tell now where the old peeling paint was. The deck has never looked better

Steve came and did an estimate the same day I called. Of 3 calls - he was the fastest response and the only one who came out. He gave a very fair price and was cooperative when the recommended stain (from my association) was wrong. He had to return 3 times between sanding the terrible job that was previously done and waiting for the stain to be corrected when the association gave bad information. He is professional and friendly. Easy to work with. I would use him again.
