+ -1 moreHe also painted all the ceiling + including the paint for a reasonable price. What impressed me was I have wallpaper in my kitchen and he did not use tape, He did it all by eye and there was not a single paint drip on my wallpaper. He is just an awesome painter and he is the nicest man in the world! He is also very personable too. He will also bring help if he needs it and they are just as nice.
Description of Work: He had to paint one one wall for me and also painted every ceiling in my house; it is an 1600 square foot home.

+ -1 moreSpectrum Painting Contractors (Darryl Bey) did an excellent job. Darryl worked hard everyday until the job was finished. Some part-time workers assisted him, but Darryl maintained complete quality control over the job at all times and did most of the work himself. He runs a very professional operation and his fee was very reasonable. (The fee could be characterized as a bargain given the amount of hard work involved.) Neighbors have commented on how nice the house looks and what a hard worker the painter is. We highly recommend Spectrum Painting Contractors with no reservation.
Description of Work: Darryl Bey, the owner and manager of Spectrum Painting Contractors, scraped, sanded and painted our 60-year old stucco and wood sided-home in Fort Pierce.

+ -1 moreMy driveway was dangerously slippery when wet and had just been painted with "slip proof driveway paint " when I made the contact with Darryl Bey of Spectrum Painting Contractors The address is 809 Delaware Avenue in Fort Pierce. He power washed and painted the driveway again and intended to put a second coat down but has been held up by the non stop rainy weather. Even before the second coat has been applied my driveway is no longer slippery. In fact I have attempted to slip on it and couldn't . He came over yesterday to apply the second coat but again was held up by rain. He has insisted that another coat of paint is needed and will be completed as soon as possible.. Darryl had been highly recommended and certainly has lived up to his reputation.
Description of Work: Painted driveway and sidewalk and treated it to prevent slipping. Following the driveway painting by several months, my house was badly damaged by leaking water from an ice cube line from my fridge. Fortunately I found it before it was beyond drying out and repairing. However it required the services of a general contractor who worked with my insurance provider to arrange for painting of the entire living room dining room and several smaller areas and carpeting of the entire first floor. Since I had been so impressed with Darryl's work the Contracting company not only arranged for him to do my entire paint job but also have hired him to do other work for them. To say that Darryl is a perfectionist would be an understatement . A great painter and a nice person..PS: The second coat on my driveway was delayed not only by more bad weather but so that he could paint the inside of the house. He's scheduled to finish up next week. The house is finished and looks amazing.. Since the damage to my house is covered by my insurance I really don't know at this time what the cost was but from my standpoint it was well worth it. Darryl had to remove wallpaper from three large walls in the living room and dining room as well as priming and prepping to apply paint.
