Description of Work: The serviceman told me I needed a new unit, mine was too old to fix. The bid he gave me varied from $6000 to 9000. I got other bids after they left and the bids were 4-6000. |I did not use them.

Description of Work: I have had Seacost for 4 yrs under an annual maintaince contract which includes a discount on emergency visits. The unit is older, but functional because of Seacoast. Best thing they did was spot I had no stop on the oveflow of water condensation. With my unit in the attic, this could have been disastrous. They replaced a thermostate from 4 years ago at no charge (including service call). Today, they honored a coupon for new customers saving me $$$. No wonder 2 of my neighbors have also signed up with them after my experiences.
